Tripia Varka
The History.....
Tripia Varka" has its roots in a charming story that begins with Vasilis Avlonitis, who portrayed the character of "Gylos" in the iconic film "I Soferina" alongside Aliki Vougiouklaki. In the movie, Avlonitis describes a picturesque little tavern on the beach of Megalo Kavouri, capturing the vibrancy and charm of the Greek seaside.
Inspired by this cinematic depiction, the original tavern was established, embracing the essence of traditional Greek hospitality and seaside culture.
Located next to the ancient road of Aixoni, the original "Tripia Varka" became known for its authentic atmosphere and welcoming spirit, attracting locals and travelers seeking an idyllic coastal escape.
The charm of this little seaside spot endured over the decades, evolving alongside the times while remaining true to its roots.
